Trackwork Orders

  • Please order your track parts using the Item Numbering System shown in the price list.
  • Please state the number of packets of each type you wish to order
  • Please check your order to make sure it is accurate – double check the item numbers
  • Include your full delivery address including your Post Code.
  • Orders should be sent by email to
  • Please wait for confirmation of the total price before sending money
  • Orders cannot be placed on line or sent by post at present. If you do not use email, please ask a friend or family member to help
  • Orders will not be despatched until they are paid for in full

Postage and Packing

UK delivery addresses

Postage and Packing is calculated on a per order basis, and in the UK will not be less than the cost of the Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed-For service, plus 50p towards the cost of packaging. Currently this is:

  • “Large Letter” up 750g – £4.03
  • ”Small Parcel” up to 2kg – £4.50

Please note:
The Royal Mail “Large Letter” service is restricted to items of less than 25mm (1”) thick (including packaging). If your order includes any of the following, please ensure you add the “Small Parcel” cost of £4.50

  • Packs of 500 chairs
  • Turnout kits

Larger orders will be sent Signed-For by Courier.

Overseas delivery addresses

Postage costs will be checked for your packed order, and we will notify you of the cost.

  • Don’t send any money until we have confirmed the total cost
  • Full payment must be received before the goods are despatched
  • The payment covers the Cost of Goods, the 15% Online Facility Charge, and the Cost of Postage
  • All payments MUST be in POUNDS STERLING
  • Currently, we can only accept payment by Electronic Funds Transfer using the bank details below
  • We do not accept Cheques or Card payments
  • Receipt of payment will be confirmed by email

Cancellation and Returns

You have statutory rights as part of the Distance Selling and other Consumer Protection Regulations – please ensure you understand what these are.

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return the items for a full refund – you are responsible for the cost of their safe return
  • By opening the packets, you are deemed to have accepted the items, and the ‘cooling-off’ period ceases
  • You must cancel your order by email, and return the items within 14 days of your cancellation
  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the goods
  • If you have not returned the goods un-opened and un-damaged (in a condition where we are unable to re-sell them), we will deduct 25% of the cost of all affected items
  • The postage element of part-refunds will be calculated pro-rata with the item costs

Despatch and Delivery

Please allow up to 30 days for delivery after your payment has been confirmed.

Our operation is very much a “Cottage Industry” and orders will be processed once a week. This will normally be on Mondays, so please get your email orders in over the weekend!

However, if you have not received your order after 30 days, please contact us immediately. We will check with Royal Mail for a delivery signature, and then we will contact you to resolve the problem.
